How do you keep going after 15 rejections? (update)

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
