How do you keep going after 15 rejections?, HR coordinator here

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
