How do you keep going after 15 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as an event coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
