How do you keep going after 15 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a teaching assistant I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
