How do you keep going after 15 rejections? after 15 years as a software tester

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been a long 15 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
