How do you keep going after 15 rejections? after 15 years as a medical assistant

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
