How do you keep going after 15 rejections? after 15 years as a home health aide

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
