How do you keep going after 15 rejections? after 15 years as a forklift operator

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
