How do you keep going after 15 rejections? - 7 weeks in

After a layoff as an accounts payable clerk I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
