How do you keep going after 15 rejections? - 10 months and counting

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
