How do you keep going after 14 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
