How do you keep going after 14 rejections?, welding apprentice here

After a layoff as a welding apprentice I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
