How do you keep going after 14 rejections? (update)

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
