How do you keep going after 14 rejections? (update)

After a layoff as a dental hygienist I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
