How do you keep going after 14 rejections?, store manager here

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
