How do you keep going after 14 rejections?, retail manager here

After a layoff as a retail manager I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
