How do you keep going after 14 rejections? - first time posting

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
