How do you keep going after 14 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as an accountant I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
