How do you keep going after 14 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as an operations analyst I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
