How do you keep going after 14 rejections? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
