How do you keep going after 14 rejections? after 14 years as a software tester

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
