How do you keep going after 14 rejections? after 14 years as a marketing coordinator

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
