How do you keep going after 14 rejections? after 14 years as a delivery driver

After a layoff as a delivery driver I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 5 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
