How do you keep going after 14 rejections? after 14 years as a customer-service rep

After a layoff as a customer-service rep I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
