How do you keep going after 14 rejections? - 3 months and counting

I sent 14 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
