How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a security officer before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
