How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as an insurance claims processor I am finding mornings difficult. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
