How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 21 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
