How do you keep going after 13 rejections? (update)

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
