How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - first time posting

I sent 13 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
