How do you keep going after 13 rejections? (Cincinnati)

I sent 13 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
