How do you keep going after 13 rejections?, barista here

After a layoff as a barista I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
