How do you keep going after 13 rejections?, bank teller here

After a layoff as a bank teller I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
