How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - any advice?

I sent 13 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
