How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a data-entry clerk I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
