How do you keep going after 13 rejections? after 13 years as a sales associate

After a layoff as a sales associate I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a sales associate before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
