How do you keep going after 13 rejections? after 13 years as a procurement assistant

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
