How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - 4 weeks in

I sent 13 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
