How do you keep going after 13 rejections? - 14 weeks in

I sent 13 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
