How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - what worked for you?

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as an office manager before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
