How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - what worked for you?

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
