How do you keep going after 12 rejections?, security officer here

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
