How do you keep going after 12 rejections? (Jacksonville)

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
