How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - first time posting

After a layoff as a copywriter I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
