How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - first time posting

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 11 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
