How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - any advice?

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been a long 23 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
