How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a line cook I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
