How do you keep going after 12 rejections? after 12 years as an accountant

After a layoff as an accountant I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
