How do you keep going after 12 rejections? after 12 years as a medical assistant

After a layoff as a medical assistant I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 25 weeks. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
