How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - 22 weeks in

After a layoff as a machine operator I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
